The email came in this last winter from a young couple who had bought a charming vintage four room, one bedroom condo in a friendly, walk-to-everything location. They loved the place, but needed a home office and an area for her burgeoning scrap book hobby. Could I come over and talk about looking for a larger home and selling their current one? I had sold them their home (I am a real estate broker and author of 1001 Tips for Buying and Selling a Home) just over two years ago and set up a date to talk over the possible move to a larger home, but I wasn’t convinced that they really needed a move, I thought to myself that they needed a fresh perspective on the space they already had.
Search engines of course. A targeted visitor arrives at your site because your site was “recommended” by a search engine. That “recommendation” creates a very subtle picture within your users mind that your site is an authority on the topic that they’re interested in. That “recommendation” pre-sells the visitor to what you have to offer. With traffic like this your job is to not disappoint the visitor. They’re looking for something specific; you need to make sure they see it.
If you are dumb enough to leave your towel on the balcony at night, especially on a lower floor, then your towel will be stolen by another dummy. Many hotels and condominiums will no longer allow you to drape towels over the balcony. In the case of Panama City, I think they are trying to drop the “white trash” motif. Nonetheless, if a towel is outside on the balcony railing or chair, and you did not purchase it, do not use it.
But, it’s just never that easy. I am always searching through Google looking for what’s out there. Basically, it all comes down to the title of my article: “Earning an Income Online – Making Money Isn’t All It’s Cracked Up to Be.” You’d think that there’s got to be a way. And, I’ll always believe that there is. But, it’s not falling for somebody else’s scheme. It’s starting your own tried-and-true business where you have something legitimate to sell, and people who want to buy from you and/or use your services. There’s never been a dispute that this type of traditional buying and selling will always exist and is always accepted. Yes, even cavemen did it.
Indoor kitties need a space to call their own, a space where they can sharpen their claws without getting into trouble for shredding your couch, a space where they can shut out the household activity or observe it, a secure place to take a nap, a space where they can enjoy catnip without messing up your carpet… a space to play. Providing your feline friend with a scratching post all of his own is a very important part of sharing your home with a feline friend. Your kitty will quickly understand where he is allowed to scratch and can scratch until the cows come home!
I have owned another rio casa enbloc that looked out over a park and another that had great views of the mountains. I lost money on the condo I owned that didn’t have a good view.
The thing to be careful with here is to make sure that the HOA has enough money saved to pay for expensive maintenance (called Capital Improvements). Capital improvements would include painting the buildings, roof repair or replacement, parking lot repairs, etc. Without sufficient funds in savings, the HOA will be forced to ask for special assessments if they run into an expensive unexpected repair on the property. A special assessment is a request for additional funds from the homeowners over and above the monthly dues, usually a large lump sum. Who needs this hassle?
Fortunately, finding a Houston condo for sale is not that difficult. The place to begin your search is on the worldwide web. The web will allow you to be connected to the right listing site, and from there, you will be able to garner a great deal of information about the properties that are up for sale and the means by which you can go about viewing and purchasing them. If you need to go through a real estate agency, then the web allows you to do that as well, as well as enabling you to find out about the reputation of each agency. The best predictor of future performance is past performance. The use of the worldwide web has proven to be highly satisfactory to those who have used it; it is therefore most likely to meet your needs and expectations.
